Position Overview: Automotive Funder

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Automotive Funder in California. This role involves reviewing, booking, and funding retail and lease contracts from automotive dealerships. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across divisions to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role is 100% remote, but must live within 75 miles of Irvine, CA. $18/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations, and state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
  • Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for numbers and calculations.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work.
  • Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Enhanced problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to take and apply feedback quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Auto finance background preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • College degree preferred.

Work Hours:

Candidates must be available to work any schedule between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Flexibility is required as some schedules may include working Saturdays and Sundays.
